“Cultural Competency in the Therapeutic Relationship” will be presented by Elisabeth Schiraldi, LCSW, and will focus on increasing one’s own of implicit and explicit cultural values as a clinician, increasing awareness of where these may differ from the client’s cultural values, recognizing cultural competence as growing in cultural humility in order to be an effective clinician, and gaining knowledge of the pros and cons of assessment tools.
This training is free and open to all disciplines; if CECs are desired, the cost is:
