Describe your current practice:

My MSW was received in 1986 from NYU - over thirty years of clinical experience!

After twenty+ years of living in NYC, I now live in the bucolic hills of Litchfield CT, where I have a private practice. I see a wide range of clients from individuals, couples, families, and groups. I also conduct workshops around wellness, street reduction, and living a fuller more meaningful life.
In a comfortable and supportive environment, I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client's individual needs to help problem solve, gain insight, awareness and attain personal growth. I bring my heartfelt supportive and insightful ways to my work and the center of clients' experience.

What continuing education activities have you been involved in during the past year?

I am a strong believer in continuing education, and a voracious reader of new and old favorites in the field. I also take numerous on line courses by Deepak Chopra, Brene Brown, Esther Perel, and Thich Nahat Hanh. I am a follower of Peter Levine and his work on trauma, and a monthly follower of Psychology Today magazine. We are so fortunate to have access to some many wonderful teachers on the internet and I take advantage of as much as I can. I am open to quite an ecclectic approach!
My last attended conference (before COVID) was with Tian Dayton, and her work on Psychodrama. She is the author of "The Soulful Journey of Recovery.
