I have always worked to assist others in reaching their potential by maximizing their options. My work started prior to my Master’s in Social Work with experience in Community Prevention and Community Reentry for Incarcerated Men. Since getting my degree in 1984, I have worked with men recovering from substance abuse, clients in need of residential support, health services, quality assurance, organizational consulting and behavioral health for children and adults.

Describe your current practice:

My current practice is working for a community clinic and providing recovery based services to mental health and substance abuse clients. I see individuals who are looking to gain mastery in their life, reduce their symptomology and add community supports to their life.

I also provide supervision for a number of individuals who are either students in their MSW program or are seeking licensure. In addition I provide training on clinical issues including documentation, risk management and HIPAA.
