Meg Berry, LCSW

Addictions, Adults, Anxiety, Depression, PTSD

I have been practicing Social Work since 2006 and providing supervision for interns going for their MSW as well as graduates pursuing licensure for their LCSW or LPC since 2011. I have worked in many capacities, including outpatient, in-home, in-patient, and private practice. Currently I maintain my private practice as well as work for an agency. The foundation of my private practice (HEAL โ€“ Holistic Encouragement for the Authentic Life) is as it sounds โ€“ holistic โ€“ incorporating mind, body and soul. Good self-care involves taking care of all aspects of oneself. As practitioners, we cannot forget this about ourselves as well, which is why I bring this model into my supervision style.

It is also important to stay on top of changing trends in the mental health field. It is for this reason I value continuing education. Some of the trainings I have participated in previous years include Clinical Supervision, Seminar in Field Instruction (for supervising interns), Helping Women Recover, Ethics, and Self Care for Behavioral Health Professionals.
