I have a master degree from Southington Connecticut State University, a post Master Certification in Advanced Supervision from UConn School of Social Work. I have served the elderly population for over 35 years in various settings, worked with incarcerated individuals to assist with the transition process from prison to living a quality life in communities settings. I have also worked on several NASW committees

Describe your current practice:

I am currently retired after a long career with the State of Connecticut Dept of Social Services as a Elderly Protective Supervisor. My duties as a supervisor included supervising staff in the investigation process of persons who have been exploited, physically, emotionally, sexually abused and or neglected. I also have extensive experience in working in the conservatorship program. I have over 35 yrs of a combination of clinical and non-clinical experience in working with the elderly. I also specialized in working with individuals who are in transition from incarceration to community living. I now exclusively provide clinical supervision to individuals seeking licensure.
