Fairfield Private Practice is holding a Regional Network Meeting on Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at the Westport Town Hall, CT (Room 201) from 12:00PM to 1:30PM. Navigating Social Supports will be presented. Participants of this workshop will become adept in establishing and distinguishing resources available through local, state and federal programs; an advanced ability to apply best practices with cultural awareness; and the skill to proficiently locate services for clients on a short-term and long-term basis. This workshop is being presented by Elaine Allen Daignault, MA, NCC, and Kristen Witt, LCSW, from Westport’s Department of Human Services. Elaine is the Director of Human Services and Kristen is a Human Services Social Worker and Municipal Agent for the Elderly Veterans Services Contact. Together, they will impart comprehensive methods for practitioners to utilize when serving a diverse set of clients.

These meetings are free and open to all disciplines. The only fee is for clinicians who request a CE certificate, in which the following payment is required:
