“Social Workers Role in Achieving Racial Equity” will be presented by Sandra Bernabei, LCSW on February 4, 2020 from 4:30 to 6:00 at Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Ave, Westport, CT 06880.
Attendees will learn how to identify cross systems nature of structural racism, understand factors that drive disparate outcomes for the same vulnerable populations, and increase understanding to develop community organizing lens.
This presentation is approved for 1.5 Cultural Competency CECs.
Meetings are free and open to the public; if CECs are desired, the cost is $10.00 for members, $25.00 for non-members.
