Title: “Anti-Racist Social Work Practice”

This presentation will enhance the racial equity awareness of participants by building common language and understanding of structural racism and the profession’s enabling role. Attendees will explore what anti-racist social practice might look like. Attendees will be able to identify the cross systems nature of structural racism and understand factors that drive disparate outcomes for the same vulnerable populations.
Approved for 1.5 Cultural Competency CECs by NASW/CT.
Meeting are free and open to all disciplines. If CECs are desired, the cost is $10.00 for members, $25.00 for non-members.
