“Voices Should Be Heard”
Individuals who are homelessness often experience alienation, dislocation, and increased vulnerability to trauma, mental health problems and substance use. Stories of strength and resilience often remain unheard. This presentation will highlight themes from a community based participatory research project, and recommended strategies for social workers.
