Non-Adversarial Divorce Options: How to Choose, is a workshop to inform social work practitioners of methods that enable clients to undertake a cooperative and collaborative divorce process.

 Educational objectives:

  • Introduction to divorce in Connecticut
  • Enhanced understanding and knowledge of non-adversarial divorce
  • Comparison of mediation and collaboration
  • Best practices and how to choose
  • Additional awareness and resources
  • Conversation of frequently asked questions and answers

Attorney at Law, Vicki Volper presents this informative workshop. Atty. Volper earned her law degree from Boston University, School of Law, cum laude, and her Masters from New York University Law School. Vicki is licensed to practice law in both Connecticut and New York. She specializes in the areas of divorce mediation, pre and post-marital mediation, legal coaching and family meditation. Moreover, she is a member of the Collaborative Divorce Attorneys of Fairfield County and practitioner member of the Connecticut Council for Non-Adversarial Divorce,the CT Bar Association Sections for Alternative Dispute Resolutions and Family Law. Vicki was featured in the Winner’s Circle of the Fairfield County Business Journal and the W2W Magazine.
