NASW/CT Opposes Hartford Healthcare

NASW/CT submitted testimony on November 10^th in opposition to Hartford Healthcare’s closing of the maternity ward at Windham Hospital. A hearing was held by the CT Office of Healthcare Strategies to determine if Hartford Healthcare can continue its elimination of in-patient obstetrics  services.
