NAFI CT is offering exciting opportunities to make a meaningful impact on the lives of youth, young adults and families
NAFI CT is seeking clinical therapists (English speaking and Bi-Lingual) to implement various in-home MST therapy programs across the state including Multisystemic Therapy (MST), Multisystemic Therapy for Problem Sexual Behavior (MST- PSB) and Multisystemic Essential Job Duties:
• Provide trauma informed intensive in-home therapy with a caseload of 4-6 youth/young adults/families to avoid family disruption and/or placement outside of the home.
• Work in an evidence-based clinical model with extensive opportunities for training.
• Utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Contingency Management (CM) to target behaviors like physical aggression, substance use, and running away.
• Work with DCF, Juvenile/Adult Probation, and community providers to ensure continuity of care.
• Conduct diagnostic, safety, and behavioral assessments regularly.
• Adhere to Medicaid documentation standards and requirements.
• Provide on-call support to families on a rotating basis.
