Essential Supervisory Skills for Human Service Professionals: A Toolbox for Managers – Post-Master’s Certificate Program.
This 40-hour certificate program will focus on the essential skills that human services supervisors need to transition to more complex supervisory and management roles, advance in their careers and thrive in any work environment. Participants must hold a master’s degree in social work or a related discipline and have 3 months to 3 years of supervision experience.
