Join us on December 15, as the Region 3 North Network discusses CT’s Opioid crisis, including an overview of what Opioids are, how prescription drug use can lead to heroin, the role of Narcan in addressing overdoses, and the alternatives to opiates for pain management. Jennifer L. Dewitt, LADC, MFT, CAC, CPS, the Executive Director of Central Naugatuck Valley Regional Action Council in Waterbury, will be our speaker. She will also address the topic of prevention and the impact Opioid use has on the community.
