I obtained a MSSW from the Columbia University School of Social Work. I continued my education at a Psychoanalytic Institute in NYC. At the beginning of my career, I worked in community mental health and in an outpatient department at a large behavioral health hospital. I’ve maintained a full-time private practice for over 20 years. I was the President of the CT Chapter of Division 39 for 2 years.

Describe your current practice:

I keep a full-time private practice of adults; young through maturity. My practice is remote and includes patients in Connecticut, New York, and Massachusetts. I work with people who have experienced:

*depression & anxiety
*trauma histories
*relationship difficulties
*grief & loss
*chronic medical illness
*gender complexities

Part of my practice hours are devoted to providing supervision. I believe that good supervision is essential to ethical practice and I have benefited from years of my own.
