I grew up and currently practice in CT, but have also lived and worked in NY. I spent 7 1/2 years in community mental health non-profit in my early career. I also trained and volunteered as a Sexual Assault Crisis and Education Center counselor for two years. Later I worked in inpatient psychiatric treatment, and then residential eating disorder treatment, where I held positions of Primary Therapist, Assistant Clinical Director, and Clinical Director. In 2020, I started working full-time in private practice. I have been a presenter at the International Association of Eating Disorders Conference and NASW-CT Annual Conference. I see clients both virtually and in-person, and am licensed in CT and NY.
Describe your current practice:
My expertise is in Eating Disorders, Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders, and Trauma and PTSD. I also treat anxiety, including social anxiety and OCD, depression and bipolar disorder. I see primary adults and older teens, many of whom identify as women but not all.

What continuing education activities have you been involved in during the past year?
In 2023 I attended several Grand Rounds presentations through Silver Hill Hospital, did a training with the Women's Consortium, and attended the annual Renfrew Center Conference in Philadelphia.
