I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with almost 30 years specializing in work with aging population, other adults with chronic health concerns and their families. My commitment is to help in navigating life’s transitions. In addition to offering traditional counseling and clinical supervision, I am a resource specialist, community educator and patient advocate. Having worked in medical home care for many years, I am experienced in providing support and care planning for the typical challenges of aging as well as for those with chronic and complex health concerns. As a telehealth supervisor, I have experience supporting clinicians working with a broad range of ages and concerns, including modifying assessments and intervention to the virtual experience. Through thoughtful individualized planning, I strive to help individuals preserve the power of choice in their lives and empower clinicians to maximize their tools and personal styles to be most effective with their clients.

Describe your current practice:

My clinical approach is integrative utilizing primarily evidenced based modalities. I am experienced in a range of treatment approaches but lean into CBT, DBT and Mindfulness. My direct service population is adults and my work focuses on life transitions and challenges related to the the intersection of physical and emotional health.
