The State of Connecticut, the Department of Developmental Services (DDS)- North Region, is currently accepting applications for the position of Developmental Services Transition Advisor (37.5 Hour).

The Role:
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
Guide students and their families (or guardians) in the formulation of a transition plan;
Provide information about the Department to the student, family and education professionals in the school system and state and private agencies;
Assist students and their families to identify, navigate, obtain and coordinate needed health, community and education services during the high school years.
Position Highlights:
Based out of the NR IFS, East Hartford, CT.
Monday - Friday: 8:00am-4:00pm;
RDO's (Regular Days Off): Saturday & Sunday.
