NASW Opposes Kavanaugh Nomination to High Court

NASW has announced its opposition to Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh. NASW reviewed Judge Kavanaugh’s decisions on the Appeals Court and have found his opposition to women’s reproductive rights, gun control, the Affordable Health Care Act (ACA), consumer rights and his favoring of big corporations over the average American, makes him unsuitable for a lifetime appointment to the nation’s highest court.
