New Milford Social Services is looking for a MSW or LMSW with professional experience in post crisis navigation and analysis to case manage individuals and family units experiencing a high level of distress and risk. The Social Worker works closely with the local PD and community partners to provide diversion and postvention follow, as appropriate.
The Social Worker also utilizes professional skills and available local, state, and federal resources to improve economic, social, and emotional stability for residents experiencing financial hardship and difficulties related to lower-income status, working in a team environment, supervised by a LMSW.
