I'm an owner of a virtual group practice across the states of Florida, Connecticut and Massachusetts. My group practice is called Mamay In Bloom Counseling and we specialize in working with Women's Issues, Maternal Mental Health, Teens and Young Adults. We focus on individuals and their families going through major life transitions and use modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Trauma Focused- Cognitive behavioral Therapy to help them with obstacles and challenges of day to day life. My practice has a specialization in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders for which we continue to expand our learning and seeking continuing education on the matter to support mothers and their families more efficiently.
