Jennifer Hoffman, LCSW

County: Hartford
Specialties: Adults, Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, Stress Management
Description of current practice:

My current solo practice consists of adults-50% men and woman ages 17 and up. I see people for trauma, PTSD, anxiety and depression. I have worked with ages 6-17 in the past and sometimes see children who need EMDR intervention. I have worked with a variety of interesting and challenging cases such as: sex offenders, DID and other dissociation (which fascinates me), panic disorders, alcohol dependence, porn addiction, etc. I also help people struggling in relationships, dealing with career changes and stress or youth handling school stress and college anxiety. I tell my clients I am not a "nod and smile" therapist. I will work as hard for them as they do for themselves.
